We realise at Thomas Henry that due to the increasing concerns relating to our environment, we endeavour to use environmentally responsible products and sustainable materials.
Timber Framework:
- Class 1 hardwood, kiln dried to 12-14%, strength 9300.
Roof Cappings:
- Polyester powder coated aluminium weather cappings in white, brown or grey.
- Cast aluminium polyester powder coated finials and crests as standard.
Opening Windows, Doors and Fittings:
- High security espagnolette catches with lockable handles.
- Brass coloured finish. Also available in black, white and polished chrome.
- Weather proofing using a rubber double gasket system.
- Shoot bolt security locking system is standard on side hung casements and small fanlights.
Rainwater Gutter Systems:
- Extruded aluminium guttering and down pipes on bespoke designs.
- Cast aluminium guttering and down pipes option available.
- Colours – white or black as standard.
Framework/ Roof Colours:
- Paint finishes: The timber is treated with three coats of micro-porous paint providing a fully finished product.
- 25 standard colours with other options available as standard.
- All paint primers and finishes are micro-porous allowing the timber to breath naturally.
